Elections in Kyrgyzstan on fairobserver.com

I posted a short article on the presidential elections in Kyrgyzstan and the outlook for the political system in the republic. I contend that politics in Kyrgyzstan did develop since the revolution in April 2010 and that the contingency has risen. The pluralization of decision making power makes the political game much more complex and the question today is, if politicians can adapt to that (seems like they can) and solve the reform crisis at the same time (seems like they can not).
